Why No Phone #, Really Doc?
We don’t have a public phone number or e-mail no matter what “Google” or other data broker sites say. Due to the excessive amount of requests asking for appointments, we discontinued that access to prevent our office staff from being overwhelmed. (our recommendation – contact us via our Instagram account instead: chiro_dragon)
Do NOT send us private information via Instagram – Instagram does not use encrypted messaging services.
But I don’t have an Instagram account!
We truly are sorry, but as of this moment, this is the only way to contact us. OF NOTE! Requests made for persons other than the account holder on Instagram will not be acknowledged – use your own account. It’s strange to be expecting a certain person at your door, and then someone else comes knocking…
Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Reddit messages will not be answered.
Appointments are LIMITED. Please seek out local medical care if an emergency.
Can We Use Your Social Media Content On Our Site?
We claim copyright to all of our content – we never give permission to ANYONE – EVER to use our content. If you see any links to content not on our social media accounts, please report them to us via Instagram @chiro_dragon
I’m Not a Floridian, Can I Still Request an Appointment?
If you will be traveling from OUTSIDE of the state of Florida, you must plan to arrive in the state no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This prevents appointment cancellations due to travel delays.
What If I Need to Change My Appointment Time?
If you are a new patient and need to cancel your initial appointment, you must do so before 48 hours of your scheduled time. If you do not give us at least a 48 hour notice, you will not be able to reschedule an appointment.
Why Don’t You Accept Appointment Requests Here on Your Website?
Instagram is an easy-to-use app and convenient for most everyone – no awkward passwords and failed login attempts to deal with.
Why Does No One Ever Answer Me Back for an Appointment Request on Instagram?
We receive hundreds of messages each day! While we are grateful for our success, appointments are limited and Dr. Mondragon’s schedule fills up very quickly. She spends a great deal of time with each patient caring and answering their concerns according to each individual’s needs. In addition, when Dr. Mondragon is not in her office, she is busy homeschooling and caring for her kids. You can try reaching out again in a few months if we missed your message – again don’t harass us.
Is There a Waiting List?
No, we did try it once and it didn’t work out. When we have availability for new patients, we reach out to people via DM on Instagram.
